Volunteer

We welcome volunteers of all ages, background and skills. Help to reduce local food waste by collecting surplus food, sorting out deliveries and food redistribution, preparing meals, hosting events, growing food, and keeping the ECO Food Sharing Hub running smoothly. Whatever your skills and interests we have a role for you!

Work with us:

If you’re a local supermarket or food business

We can collect surplus food from you on a regular basis. You’ll reduce your costs and stop edible food ending up in landfill.

If you’re a charity or community group

In Aberystwyth we can supply you with surplus food regularly or for a one-off event, or collaborate on project ideas.

Can you help us bring food waste issues to life in your classroom?

We’re working with local schools to create and test curriculum-linked workshops and resources.
